Draft: WAGOP RESOLUTION REQUESTING PRESIDENT TRUMP ENTERS AN EXECUTIVE ORDER ENDING THE VIOLATIONS TO THE SEPARATION OF POWERS

1.      The separation of powers provides for much needed checks and balances on all government officials, and was intended to be mandatory for protecting the peoples’ freedoms as described in our United States Constitution in the second paragraph of Article I sections 6.

2.      The reason we have juries and multiple judges on our Supreme Courts is to prevent individuals from acquiring “absolute power” over anyone, and the moment members of the judicial branches become a collective of individuals violating the separation of powers and organizing together to infiltrate our Executive and Legislative branches they obtain absolute power over their subjects and the people have no recourse on making them follow our laws or holding them responsible for their oaths of office, and as such they have organized together to achieve “Nobility”  that violates the intent of our constitutions. Currently the members of the Washington State Judicial branch have united together to overthrow our election laws that require them to summon Grand Jury investigations into all election irregularities.   

3.      Violating the separation of powers involves a psychiatric mental condition regarding the desire to hold absolute power and control over people that all dictators, tyrants, kings and queens have where they consider the people their subjects instead of their equals.

4.      When members of the judicial branch form a collective of people to violate the separation of powers and infiltrate our legislative and executive branches all the members of the judicial branches become politically motivated instead of motivated to perform justice, otherwise righteous members of the judicial branches would stop them from violating the separation of powers.  

5.      Every time judicial branch members form a collective to violate the separation of powers, they empower members of the judicial branches to enhance their judicial industry by attacking our domestic tranquility because their judicial industry profits from creating arguments between people.

6.      Washington State has two  Washington State Constitutions of which neither are valid, the 1878 WA State Constitution was ratified by congress and met the requirements of the equal footing doctrine, the 1889 WA State Constitution was not ratified by congress and merely signed in by a president of the U.S. who was an attorney violating the separation of powers.

7.      A few of the main differences between the 1878 constitution and the 1889 constitution is: the 1878 constitution prohibited all violations to the separation of powers and the 1889 did not, and the 1889 constitution allowed judges to control the summoning of grand jury investigations into organized crime and corruption , thus the 1889 constitution allows members of the judicial branch to become as corrupted as they want to be, and removes the ability of the people to remove them from public office, thus creating a situation of absolute power and control over the people, that the people are helpless to free themselves from, which is a violation to the intent of our state and federal constitutions that are intended to make government officials responsible and accountable to the people instead of holding the people hostage to members of the government or more precisely allowing members of the judicial branches of our government to turn we the people into their subjects, and enslave us for their benefit.

8.      While violating the separation of powers members of the judicial branch created schemes to enslave the people and force them into involuntary servitude such as the Washington Counties Risk Pool that holds innocent taxpayers responsible for the wrong doings of public officials, and unlike official bonding, allows corrupt public officials to remain in public office. Ending the violations to the separation of powers will allow the people to restore their domestic tranquility and free them from this kind of involuntary servitude by evaluating all of the laws that members of the judicial branch created while violating the separation of powers, that were intended to enhance and protect their judicial industry and in violation of USC Amendment XIII section 1.  

9.      Washington State is not the only state that has become corrupted by members of their judicial branches violating the separation of powers, and infiltrating their legislative and executive branches to enhance and protect their judicial industry, which, due to their violations to the separation of powers, and their ability to control grand jury investigations into organized crime and corruption involving members of the judicial branches has prevented the people from addressing their corruption and like ours their judicial branches have become completely unregulated and out of control. 

10.  When members of our judicial branches form a collective of individuals or alliance to infiltrate our legislative and executive branches it is an intent to acquire “Nobility” for themselves and their accomplices that is strictly prohibited in Article I sections 9 & 10 of our United States Constitution.

Therefore we the members of the Washington State Republican Party officially request that President Donald Trump enters an Executive Order ending all violations to the separation of powers, and instructs all members of Judicial branches to voluntarily remove themselves from our executive and legislative branches, both at the federal and state levels and refrain from attempting to violate the separation of powers again or submit to military tribunals as authorized in Article II sections 2 and 4 of our United States Constitution.
